The CREAIONX GAMESHOW $100k Community Draw is a promotional sweepstakes, not a lottery or a form of online gambling. All entries, both paid and free, have an equal chance of winning. The campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning the $100,000 prize depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received, up to the maximum cap of 1,000,000 entries.
4. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
As required by law, a free alternative method of entry is available. You may enter the sweepstakes without making a purchase by submitting a handwritten mail-in request. 5. Tax Liability
The $100,000 prize will be paid in full to the verified winner. However, the winner is solely and entirely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes, fees, and reporting requirements associated with accepting the prize. CREAIONX GAMESHOW will issue any legally required tax forms (such as an IRS Form 1099-MISC in the United States) to the winner.

This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with CashApp, Block Inc., Discord, WhatsApp, Meta, YouTube, Google, or any other third-party payment processor or social media platform used to promote or facilitate the draw. Any logos or trademarks used are the property of their respective owners. By entering, you completely release these third-party platforms from any and all liability.
7. Right to Modify or Cancel
CREAIONX GAMESHOW reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity of the draw, as determined at our sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued in accordance with our official Refund Policy.
