Furthermore, the final draw is not done behind closed doors. It will be broadcast publicly on a live stream, utilizing a verifiable, third-party Random Number Generator (RNG). You will see the winning number generated in real-time, and we will call the winner live on air.

Standard credit card processors (like Stripe or PayPal) charge a fixed fee of $0.30 plus 2.9% on every single transaction. If we allowed credit card checkouts for a $1 entry, 33% of your money would instantly go to corporate processing fees. By having you send funds directly via CashApp/P2P and uploading a verification screenshot, 100% of the entry avoids those predatory fees. It requires one extra step from you, but it protects the prize pool.

Once the entry cap is reached, the draw date and time will be announced across all our channels (WhatsApp, Discord, Email).

• The Ledger: A finalized, anonymized ledger of all ticket numbers will be made public 24 hours before the draw so you can verify your tickets are in the pool.
• The Stream: We will host a live YouTube/Twitch broadcast.
• The Draw: We will use a highly audited, open-source Random Number Generator (like Random.org) to select a number between 1 and the final ticket count.
• The Call: We will immediately look up the winning ticket and call the winner live on the stream.

The primary trigger for the live draw is hitting our funding goal. You can watch the "Tickets Sold" counter on our homepage to track our progress in real-time. If the community goes viral, the draw could happen in a matter of weeks. To ensure the draw doesn't stay in limbo forever, if we do not hit the 1 million entry mark by [Insert Specific Target Date, e.g., December 31st], we will hold the draw on that date for a proportionally funded prize pool based on exactly what was raised.

Once you submit your form and upload your payment proof, our system manually verifies the transaction against our incoming payments. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive an official confirmation email containing your exact, unique ticket numbers (e.g., Ticket #45,012 to #45,021).

After you submit an entry, CREAIONX generates a unique referral link for you.

• Share your link on social media, in group chats, or directly with friends.
• When a new customer opens your link and successfully submits an entry, the system records that referral automatically.
• You receive 5 free bonus entries for each qualifying referred customer. The bonus is recorded in the referral ledger automatically.
• To reduce abuse, the same referred customer cannot trigger the same referral bonus repeatedly.

If your ticket is pulled, your life changes that day. We will contact you directly via the phone number and email you provided at checkout. Once we securely verify your identity to ensure you are the legitimate ticket holder, the full $100,000 will be sent to you via secure bank wire transfer. (Please note: The winner is solely responsible for any local, state, or federal taxes associated with the prize).

The legal classification of a promotion can differ by country, state, province, and the exact entry rules. CREAIONX may only offer a draw where it is lawful to do so, and participation is subject to eligibility requirements and the final country-specific rules. Before launch, any required free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE), registrations, disclosures, or other legal requirements must be included in the official rules.
