Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CREAIONX GAMESHOW, transparency is our core metric. Because we pool individual $1 contributions to build a life-changing jackpot, every entry immediately impacts the community's progress and the mathematical odds of the draw.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once your payment is verified and your unique ticket numbers are issued, your entry is locked in. We do not offer refunds for “buyer's remorse,” changes of mind, or accidental bundle purchases once the ticket numbers have been assigned.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We will manually review and issue a full refund under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally send your entry fee twice via CashApp or our designated payment gateway, we will refund the duplicate transaction upon verification.
• Pre-Draw Ineligibility: If it is determined that you do not meet the legal entry requirements (e.g., you are under 18 years old or reside in a legally restricted jurisdiction) before the draw takes place, your entry will be voided and your payment returned.
• Complete Event Cancellation: If CREAIONX GAMESHOW makes the unprecedented decision to cancel the draw entirely—rather than executing a proportionally funded draw based on funds raised by our target date—all verified participants will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

3. Requesting a Refund

If your situation meets one of the eligible scenarios above, please contact our support team at support@creaionxgameshow.com within 7 days of your transaction. You must include:

• Your full name and the email address used on the entry form.
• Your CashApp $Cashtag (or applicable payment handle).
• A clear screenshot of the duplicate or erroneous transaction.

4. Voluntary Cancellation of Entry

You have the right to withdraw your participation from the $100k Community Draw at any time before the final ledger is published.

• To withdraw, email us with the subject line “Cancel My Entry.”
• Please note: Voluntarily canceling your entry removes your ticket numbers from the final live draw, but it does not entitle you to a refund of your entry fee. Your $1 remains securely locked in the community prize pool.

5. Disqualification Without Refund

CREAIONX GAMESHOW reserves the right to void tickets and ban users without a refund if they are found to be violating our Terms & Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting fraudulent payment screenshots, attempting to manipulate the “Free Bonus Entries” referral system using bots or fake accounts, or engaging in any behavior that threatens the fairness of the draw.
