These Terms govern the CREAIONX Gameshow campaigns currently offered in both the United States and Pakistan.

The two campaigns use different participation structures. Participants must review the rules that apply to their selected country.
The CREAIONX USA campaign is structured as a promotional sweepstakes.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A free method of entry is available during the applicable Promotion Period.
A legitimate winner will not be required to purchase a product or service solely to unlock or release an advertised prize.
The USA Sweepstakes is intended for eligible legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia.
Entrants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.
The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. CREAIONX may verify the eligibility of an entrant or potential winner.
An eligible individual may enter without making a purchase or payment by using the official free-entry procedure published for the USA Sweepstakes.
Free entrants must provide accurate information and submit their entry according to the applicable instructions and deadline.
Each eligible entry participates in the applicable random drawing. Exact odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Where multiple entries are permitted, having additional eligible entries may increase a person's statistical chance of being selected because that participant has more eligible entries in the drawing pool.
Bots, scripts, automated submissions, fake accounts and other unauthorized entry methods are prohibited.
Non-cash and travel prizes may be subject to additional availability, travel, documentation, tax and fulfillment requirements.
Potential USA winners are selected by random drawing from eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period.
A potential winner is not considered an official winner until eligibility and any required documentation have been verified.
CREAIONX may request proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility from a potential USA winner.
Where legally required, tax information such as Form W-9 may also be requested.
Applicable federal, state and local taxes are generally the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise required by law.
The two Maldives vacation prizes are subject to final travel terms, availability and applicable travel requirements.
Unless expressly included, passport costs, visas, insurance, meals, personal expenses, upgrades, local transportation and incidental costs may remain the responsibility of the winner.
The CREAIONX Pakistan campaign is intended to operate as a voluntary pooling-based promotional campaign.
CREAIONX does not intend the Pakistan campaign to promote gambling, casino gaming, betting, wagering or lottery activities.
The campaign remains subject to applicable Pakistani law.
Pakistan participation is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older who satisfy the applicable campaign requirements.
Anyone under 18 must not register, submit an entry contribution, upload payment evidence or otherwise participate.
Pakistan campaign entry contributions currently begin from PKR 10, subject to the options displayed on the Pakistan page at the time of participation.
Submitting payment does not automatically mean the corresponding entry has been verified or approved.
Participants may be required to provide a payment screenshot, transaction reference or other reasonable payment evidence.
False, altered, recycled or fraudulent payment evidence may result in rejection or disqualification.
Pakistan prize distribution is subject to successful completion of the applicable pool and fulfillment of the published campaign conditions.
Participants should review the Current Pool status before participating.
The Pakistan campaign currently contemplates 35 eligible winners following completion of the applicable pool and satisfaction of the applicable winner-selection and verification requirements.
If the announced Pakistan prize pool cannot be distributed in accordance with the stated campaign terms, eligible affected entries will be subject to reversal or refund according to the applicable published process.
Failure to win does not itself create a right to a refund.
Participation in either the USA or Pakistan campaign does not guarantee a prize.
Only participants selected and verified in accordance with the applicable country-specific rules may receive prizes.
Referral rewards, promotional entries and social-media bonus entries may be subject to additional eligibility and verification requirements.
Fake referrals, duplicate identities, automated registrations or artificial manipulation may be rejected.
CREAIONX may reject or investigate activity involving:
Internet outages, hosting failures, cybersecurity incidents, payment-provider issues, communications failures or other technical problems may temporarily affect website functionality.
CREAIONX may take reasonable steps to correct verified technical errors and restore accurate campaign records.
The USA Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and is void where prohibited or restricted.
The Pakistan campaign is subject to applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
